Product Description

Scope of application:
LPN series bar fuse switch disconnector is applicable to bus systems of AC 50/60Hz. rated voltage 690V, rated current up to 630A, 100mm or 185mm, and is used for overload and short circuit protector of circuits.
LPN series bar fuse switch disconnector is also widely applied to box substations and cable branch boxes

Structure characteristics

LPN series bar fuse switch disconnector is a tiri-polar bar fuse base used to be installed on the bus track. It integrates three longitudinally arranged monopoles fuse bases, with a contact (feed contact) of each phase connected to another phase and other contacts (output contact) equipped with wire connection device.
The carrier of live parts of LPN series bar fuse base is made of solid glass fiber reinforced polyester. The silver-painted fuse contacts and tinned lead plate connect together to ensure little energy consumption. High received power and low temperature rise.
LPN series bar fuse base is subject to screw fixing installation and hook fixing installation. For hook fixing installation, bus bars need no punching, making the installation more convenient, flexible and reliable.


2. Normal working and installation conditions
2.1 Ambient temperature: -5oC~+40oC, the average temperature shall not exceed 35o in 24 hours
2.2 Altitude: shall not exceed 2,000m
2.3 Pollution condition: grade 3
2.4 Humidity: the relative humidity shall not exceed 50% when the environmental temperature is +40oC in installing place. And the relative humidity may
be higher at the lower temperature condition, the maximum humidity can up to 90%
at +20oC
2.5 The product shall be installed in the place without rain and snow, without remarkable shake and quiver
2.6 The switch shall be installed vertically

3. Structure and features
The switch is consisted of underpan, base, cover, handle and shield. NT series fuse link is installed in the cover to act as knife of active contact: the handle moves fan-shapely based on the pivot of underpan, makes the cover and fuse make and break together, it is with enough space and remarkable disconnection point which meets the requirement of isolating switch. And it is convenient to dismount the base and underpan, which is easy to mount the base to the bus bar safely and reliably. There is arc extinguisher on the underpan, which ensures breaking capability of the switch.
